I've tried, installed and paid for Onyx, Tinker Tool System and Cocktail. For macOS I've come to a similar conclusion using Cookie (sweetp productions) it's all I feel I need.

I still use and rely on Ccleaner for my Windows 7 desktop.
I ultimately learned that many, if not all, of the hoops I routinely had to jump through to keep an OS running and humming were not needed for Macs to function, and this is coming from one who is a certified fan of utilities. Like many switchers, I retained inherent notions of what should be done as well as traditional tools to do them with. I've been a Mac user for a little over 10 years, starting with OS X Tiger.
